Images of Heaven - A Roman Catholic Lay Marian Apostolate for the Saints

Images of Heaven is a Roman Catholic Lay Apostolate for the Saints inspired by our Blessed Mother Mary, and under her patronage as Our Mother of Good Counsel, together with Saint John Neumann, Saint Rita of Cascia and Blessed Damien deVeuster of Molokai. We encourage devotion to the saints in four ways:

1) Produce regional conferences, talks and events about the saints, their lives, contributions, examples and influences.

2) Conduct one-day bus pilgrimages to various shrines of saints.

3) Hand-craft custom religious statues of Our Lord, Our Lady and the Saints which is the sole source of temporal livelihood for our small not-for-profit apostolate.

4) Maintain a Saint Relic Center with over 760 first class relics for public and private devotion and education.

Images of Heaven voluntarily observes the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity and obedience to the Church, enjoys extended periods of silence, unobtrusively performs corporal and spiritual works of mercy, lives a hidden life of prayer, detachment and penance, and professes undying loyalty and submission to the Holy Father of Rome, Pope Benedict XVI, the rest of the Magesterium and all Bishops in communion with them. Please pray for the spiritual, physical and temporal well being of these servants of God:

“Most Holy Trinity, please grant our Holy Father, our Bishop and all clergy the perseverance, fortitude, strength, wisdom and compassion necessary to fight the forces of evil which assail them from within and without the Church. Help them to lead their flocks to full conversion, final perseverance and eternal salvation. We ask this through, Jesus Christ who lives and reigns in heaven together with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

1) “Images of Heaven “ are what we try to make in a beautiful way with our statues.

2) “Images of Heaven” are what we try to be as we recollect that we are created in the image and likeness of God.

We are much more often successful in accomplishing the former than the latter.

ONE NATION UNDER GOD

O Merciful God, we cry to Thee for pardon and for mercy. We are ‘an unbelieving nation and a perverse generation. We are disobedient, disloyal and ungrateful to Thee. We have excluded Thee from our homes, our schools, our government, and our business places. We are no longer worthy to be called Thy children. But Merciful God, please spare America! Forgive us! Save us from the scourge which we have deserved. Teach us Thy Law, restrain our vices and immorality, encourage our due respect for virtue and religion, and move our wills to serve Thee, henceforth. Merciful God, please spare America!”
